Rape Crisis Grampian (RCG) is seeking a part time Support and Advocacy Practitioner to join their advocacy service working with survivors who are considering getting or are already involved with the criminal justice system.

We have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to provide benefits and income maximisation advice and support to our clients across Aberdeen City. This ranges from undertaking benefit checks, support to apply for benefits and also support to request a revision or change of circumstances as appropriate. The role also involves assessing the client’s situation, dealing promptly with any updates or changes, and liaising with benefit agencies and external organisations to support the client as much as possible. The role also involves ensuring that the client’s details are fully captured and that all statistical data is captured for funding purposes.

We are recruiting a Drugs Education Coordinator (Scotland), based in the Grampian region, to join our team. This role will involve the coordination of DSMF drug education in Scotland working with the senior leadership team to develop provision regionally and more widely. Suitable candidates will be passionate about supporting young people to make safer choices about drugs and alcohol, with a good understanding of substance use and particularly its physiological, psychological and social impact.
