Green & Bee (Urban Bees Project)

Another incredible example of volunteers working with amazing organisations to improve Aberdeen!

For Volunteers’ Week 2021, we went to meet some volunteers in the city and learn more about the projects they work on.

Green & Bee offer experiences and volunteer opportunities to those who may be socially excluded, in gardening, civic pride projects and beekeeping.

The Urban Bee project trains volunteers in their art of beekeeping and emphasises the importance of biodiversity in the urban landscape.
