Rosehip workshop

Rosehip workshop

Rosehip is a half day workshop creatively exploring the medicinal use of herbal plants for menstrual care.

During the session, you’ll learn about a variety of menstrual supporting herbs, connect with your chosen herb and create a series of menstrual care cards for yourself. No previous art skills needed! Rosehip recognises the often isolating aspect of menstrual conditions and will provide a welcoming space within the garden for you to share your individual menstrual stories. The workshop will also include gentle walking in the garden, tea bundle making and planting seeds for you to take home.

The session will be led by artist and eco-therapist, Stephanie Whitelaw. Please get in touch with Stephanie via artnaturecommunity@gmail.com to book your place. The workshop will hold a max of eight participants, to support a small group for sharing and creating.

The workshop is free to attend and all materials and refreshments will be provided.

We look forward to meeting you !
