This session will be led by the Just Enterprise partner Impact Hub Inverness team and will cover the following aspects of roles & responsibilities for directors & trustees:

Legal obligations
Specific officer bearer roles and their practical implications
Broader implications that should be taken into account when running a charity
There will also be an opportunity for Q&As with the event hosts
