This course is designed to resource staff who have contact with bereaved people as part of their role, and those who are motivated to improve their empathetic communication skills.

This training will build your confidence and insight to the differing expressions of grief responses following bereavement; and support you to convey compassionate responses, whilst demonstrating genuine understanding and support.
