This grant will provide a safe and secure space to help our users to thrive in everyday life. Developing a culture of well-being and prevention within the local community. Improving and promoting positive mental health and wellbeing. These peer and volunteer led community groups with these differing demographics will connect with each other within there own peer groups. They will form friendships and build up trust with one another. We will employ a fixed term part-time post to help better equip our Community. Who will design a programme with these users focusing on making changes improving awareness of how we can stay well and help ourselves and others. These activities may include talks from professional health colleagues, benefit advisors and organisation interest events etc.
