As the cost-of-living spirals with an anticipated impact on mental health and wellbeing over the hard winter months ahead, we wish to take the initiative and open our doors to the public providing a warm space and weekly drop-in community space centred on unlocking creativity and accessing the arts for free. The project titled ‘The Snug' would take place in The Anatomy Rooms, situated within the iconic Marischal College. Acting as an important steppingstone and collaboration between All In Ideas SCIO, an ACVO member, and Elev8 Arts CIC the objective is to embrace and activate accessible spaces, networks and skillsets therein for the benefit of the wider community. We will offer a safe, warm and engaging environment within a unique working arts centre that has a core policy of being open and welcoming environment.
