This will include; our Wellbeing Café – creating a welcoming and safe space for individuals to come together, take part in meaningful activity and receive peer and professional support; our Wellbeing Walks - where participants explore different areas of Aberdeen, taking photographs and sharing stories; our programme of social events and wellbeing workshops with partners including ASC and SAMH; providing 1-2-1 practical and emotional support to those engaged in our services; supporting the production of our Wellbeing Radio Show – a monthly show where lived experienced individuals and professionals discuss key themes; supporting individuals to create powerful media that inspires and empowers, while bringing visibility to the excellent work taking place across the city.
