Our project will build on previous projects that have engaged with local care homes and sheltered housing, as well as supporting older people in the wider community to engage with shmu activities – supporting individuals to develop new skills and providing them a voice and platform to cover issues and topics important to them. We plan to re-establish links with key partners such as Bon Accord Care and ACHSCP to provide a coordinated approach to engaging older adults across the city, focusing on the regeneration areas of Aberdeen. We are also keen to work with other partners and welcome the commissioning process encouraging a dialogue with those who submit expressions of interest.
