The grant would enable us to provide maternity bags filled with all the essentials an expectant Mother needs to go into hospital to have her baby. These expectant Mothers are living in poverty and most often think about themselves last as they prepare for their new arrival. The bespoke bags are filled with a toiletry bag and all the essential contents (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, bobbles, nail file, cleansing wipes, tissues etc), pj's, bath robe, slippers and a fluffy towel. We add leggings and a t-shirt for Mum to change into and also breast pads and maternity pads.
