We are looking for a passionate and committed Youth Development Coach to join a new service supporting young people aged 14–25. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a service in its early stages, helping shape how it develops while making a real difference to young people’s lives. You will work alongside young people facing challenges that may affect their wellbeing, future opportunities, housing stability or safety, including family conflict, disengagement from education, social isolation, poor mental wellbeing, homelessness risk and involvement in antisocial behaviour.

Aberdeen Foyer is looking for a Development Coach to lead the King’s Trust Team Programme in Aberdeen. This rewarding 12-week programme supports young people aged 16–25 who are not in education, employment or training. You’ll help them build confidence, develop practical and employability skills, gain recognised qualifications and take positive steps towards their future.
