We are looking for a highly motivated Mental Health and Wellbeing Worker to join a dedicated team delivering high quality, person-centred support to five adults within their own homes (a small Housing Support and Care at Home Service registered with the Care Inspectorate). You will become part of a dynamic service demonstrating professionalism, safeguarding, reflective practice, and continuous service improvement.

Our brand-new Penumbra 365 Service in Aberdeen will be a single point of access for people aged over 18 who are seeking mental health, wellbeing or distress support. From reaching out to our Welcome Team, people will be given the time and space to explore options that best fit their needs; there is no wrong door. Drawing on your local knowledge, strong communication skills and flexibility, you will actively seek opportunities to promote the service to all communities across the city.

North East Sensory Services (NESS) supports people living with a sensory loss in Aberdeen City, Moray, Angus and Dundee. Everything we do aims to work towards our mission of “achieving independence for blind and deaf people”. All our services are joint sensory services, so our staff support people with a significant sight loss, a hearing loss, sight and hearing loss, who are Deaf BSL users or who are Deafblind. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play an integral role in driving community engagement and income generation across the regions.
