Pathways
Pathways offers one-to-one support to help people find the job they want.
Pathways Services Limited is a Scottish Charity (No. 028919) which was formed
in 1998 to remove barriers to employment, encourage participation in lifelong
learning and promote positive mental health.
Pathways is run by a Board of Directors drawn from the communities it represents.
Since Pathways began we have helped over 1100 people find work, supported
over 700 people through counselling and provided adult learning classes
attended by over 1000 people.
Pathways works in partnership with a number of organisations, including Grampian
Housing, Grampian Women’s Aid, NHS Grampian and community centres and
projects across Aberdeen city.
Pathways receives funding from a mixture of sources, including the Fairer Aberdeen Fund, the People & Communities Fund, The Big Lottery and Awards For All.
