Barratt Redrow Foundation Community Fund

Funding available: £1,500

Applications close: 30/10/2026

About this fund

The Foundation’s Community Fund programme helps Barratt Redrow’s divisions do more for local charities and improve the quality of life for those living in their area by enabling each division to regularly nominate local charities for a one-off £1,500 donation.

Organisations that meet all three criteria below are eligible for this programme:

  1. Charities that operate locally to a Barratt Redrow site or Divisional office (i.e. in one town or county)
  2. Charities registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales or the Scottish Charity Regulator
  3. Charities that haven’t applied for or received a donation from the Foundation in the last 12 months

If your charity meets all of these criteria please fill out our Expression of Interest form and it will be passed onto a local Barratt Redrow office for consideration. Applications received in any other format won’t be considered.

Barratt Redrow’s divisions receive many more Expressions of Interest than they’re able to support and if you are being considered for a donation we will be in contact within 6 months of application. If you’re not contacted in this timeframe then your charity has not been selected.

We do not accept applications for the Community Fund from the following:

  • Community Interest Companies (CICs) and other types of not-for-profit organisations
  • Sports clubs and recreational groups that aren’t registered charities
  • Individuals or Crowdfunding
  • Charities that operate at a regional or national level (i.e. in two or more counties)
  • Charities that operate outside of the UK
  • Charities that don’t have a record of submitting their Annual Report & Accounts with the Charity Commission or Scottish Charity Regulator on time
