As part of SensationALL’s neurodivergent training, aimed mainly at parents, but suitable for professionals as well, we are running a series of workshops.

On the 15th June 2026, we have our ‘Sleep Routines’ workshop – helping everyone rest easier.

Understand why sleep can be tricky for neurodivergent people and how to create routines that support rest and calm at home.

  • Simple ways to wind down before bed
  • Creating predictable and calming routines
  • Reducing stress around bedtime
