This is an introduction to what a human rights and equalities approach can look like when talking about funding and fundraising.

This is a free course, open to anyone working in Scotland’s Third Sector. It takes place over Zoom and a Zoom link will be emailed to you via Eventbrite within your order confirmation and two days before the session.

This course is for anyone working in Scotland’s third sector who is involved in funding and fundraising and is interested in learning why and how to take a human rights and equalities to your work. Whether you are responsible for your organisation’s funding strategy or give advice to external organisations as a funding officer we hope to give you more confidence in applying a human rights and equalities approach to your work. Our course looks at Funding and Fundraising using the lens of the PANEL principles to bring together human rights and equalities and the means in which we bring income into our organisations.

About this event

This training will be hosted online, Eventrbite will send you the Zoom link to join 2 days before the event and as part of the email confirmation upon registering for the session.

The training is open to anyone working within Scotland’s third sector interested in funding and fundraising. It will run from 10am – 1pm with regular breaks throughout the session.
