We’re currently recruiting for our third and final cohort and are hosting a Ready to RISE: let’s get started session in Aberdeen so you can find out more.

Women and non-binary people interested can come and meet the Ready to RISE team at Aberdeen Foyer, Aberdeen. Our Board Vice-Chair Starkeeper Morton (she/her), will share her experience as the founding CEO of The Haven in Stonehaven, a community wellbeing social enterprise whose mission is wellbeing for social change.

At these informal sessions, attendees will:

• learn more about the Ready to RISE programme
• hear from social entrepreneurs who have turned ideas into meaningful careers
• explore how social enterprise can create flexible, purposeful employment
• find out what support and funding opportunities are available
• hear from experienced start-up business adviser Emma Ives
• ask questions in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
