Cost to hire: £10 - £20

per hour

Room Capacity: We have 2 spaces available - Hub 1: 20-30 people, can hire space for events, workshops, meetings, classes (includes a third separate break-out space in the café) / Hub 2: 60-70 people, can hire space for events, workshops, meetings, classes; we also have a disco room downstairs in Hub 2 (downstairs not suitable for wheelchair users)

About this venue

Our Ethos and goal is to create a creative inclusive environment supporting mental health, imagination and bringing community together whilst inspiring others with our hubs that are available for hire.

Mental health, inclusion and community support has a huge part of our Brand and ethos. We have over 12,000 likes on Brand Company Love Rara Ltd Facebook and 2000 on Instagram (2021). Our company is full of love and laughter creating positive engagement with others. Did you know? A good, hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress, leaving your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes after. Laughter boosts the immune system. Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease.

Your Love Rara programmes are with qualified coaches supporting and teaching resilience, methods to support anxiety and depression and personal growth.

We have lots of different affordable options, as part of our social impact plan we want to create a busy affordable hub. We try create an inclusive environment for all.

Price

Monday-Friday Between 10am-2pm £10 an hour room rental

£20 an hour any other time out of these times

Shelf rental available within our community hub for small businesses. Private Coffee and tea making facilities and own bathrooms in both spaces.

Additional rooms: In total we have 3 spaces available for rental

Facilities: Both hubs have private Kitchen and Bathroom facilities

Catering: We can arrange in house or external catering, guests can also arrange their own catering

Wifi: Yes

Equipment available: We provide all tables and chairs, there is urn and coffee/tea making facilities in both hubs

Accessibility

Accessibility: Wheelchair parking at the front of venue, Hub 1 is wheelchair accessible however Hub 2 is not suitable for wheelchair users

Hearing/visual impairment support: N/A

Getting there

Car parking: Paid parking is available at NCP carpark, Bon Accord and Frederick Street, all walking distance to our venue, there is paid street parking available as well

Public transport: Based in city centre at Castlegate, we are very accessible with most buses stopping at front
