It's proven that being out with your friends in a social setting does wonders for mental health and wellbeing and the struggle’s disabled people have faced during this pandemic has been that of severe loneliness. We want to break these barriers so that this vulnerable community can enjoy life again. Future Choices plan to arrange two excursions - a trip to Peterhead Prison Museum and a social get together at a local restaurant. The aims of these events are to begin to breakdown those social isolation barriers that so many people face and bring enjoyment to many – encouraging them its ok to venture our and meet people again.
