We will hold memories sessions lasting 90 minutes throughout the year as follows: Football - 4 sessions per month at Pittodrie Stadium; Football - monthly at Balmoral Stadium; Football - monthly at Aberdeen Brain Health & Dementia Resource Centre; Golf - monthly at Deeside Golf Club; All sports - monthly at Aberdeenshire Cricket Club; Social history - monthly at Royal Cornhill Hospital; Music - every two weeks at Pittodrie Stadium. Note that an element of social history will inevitably form part of sporting and music groups, which we see as a very positive aspect for the attendees. Aberdeen's Station Hotel will host three heavily discounted social lunches, including the sharing of photos and informal discussion. We plan six visits to organisations within the city. These will cover a mix of social and music memories, with provisional venues being Aberdeen Beach Ballroom, Aberdeen Art Gallery, His Majesty's Theatre, Aberdeen Music Hall, Gordon Highlanders Museum and Aberdeen Treasure Hub. We also plan two trips further afield, for city residents only, combining football and social memories. Provisional venues are Dens Park, Dundee and the Garioch Heritage Centre.
