Thrive Together Aberdeen CIC
At Thrive Together Aberdeen, we don’t just offer care – we create opportunities to connect, grow, and belong.

Thrive Together Support was founded in 2025 by Kirsty Irvine, following many years of experience working within the social care sector. Through this experience, Kirsty developed a strong passion for delivering meaningful, person-centred support that places each individual at the heart of everything.
The service originally began as a day support provision for adults with additional needs, with the aim of creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where individuals could build life skills, grow in confidence, and develop friendships within their community.
In December 2025, following a change of premises and a significant period of growth, the organisation was renamed Thrive Together Aberdeen to better reflect its vision of building a stronger, more connected community.
In January 2026, the organisation transitioned to a not-for-profit structure, reinforcing its commitment to reinvesting resources directly back into the service and the people it supports.
Today, Thrive Together Aberdeen continues to grow, expanding its range of groups, activities, and community opportunities. It remains a friendly and inclusive environment where everyone is welcomed, supported, and valued.
Kirsty Irvine: “Thrive Together Aberdeen was created from the belief that every adult with additional needs deserves a safe, supportive place where they can grow, achieve and feel genuinely valued. Our community is at the heart of everything we do.”
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.
What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
