About this fund

What We Fund

We fund community-led organisations creating lasting change for women and girls.
Our grants support work that:

  • Builds confidence, leadership and participation
  • Tackles poverty and economic inequality
  • Prevents violence and creates safer spaces
  • Reduces isolation and strengthens community connection
  • Opens pathways to education, employment and influence

We prioritise smaller organisations often overlooked by larger funders — particularly those without dedicated fundraising teams.

If your work is designed by and for women and girls, and makes a clear difference in their lives, we want to hear from you.

To be competitive, your organisation must:

  • Deliver services or programmes specifically for women and/or girls
  • Demonstrate clear local need within a Scottish community
  • Be community-led or grassroots in scale
  • Show how funding will directly benefit women and girls

We do not fund general community projects where women and girls are not the main beneficiaries.
