The project aim is to develop an environment that provides respect, dignity and warmth. These spaces will also be social spaces. The users will be welcomed with a warm smile, a refreshment and a blether. We hope to provide digital support: joining the library which will gain access to magazine subscriptions, audible books and the full online services the library service offer. Our ethnic minority families can download audible books and learn English with their children. People can use these devices in our spaces to self-refer to services which should prevent long term conditions. Our aim is to make the process of navigating through the online strategic services an improved experience.
