Our Community Wellbeing Project aims to support individuals to improve their wellbeing while simultaneously strengthening communities. Our 1-2-1 sessions offer practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs, addressing underlying issues and working with partner organisations to create lasting positive change. Group sessions and activities, including our programmes of social events, create opportunities for social interaction and peer support, reducing isolation and loneliness. Sessions also equip individuals with tools to improve their overall wellbeing through meaningful activities that can help reduce stress and anxiety. By using creativity as a mechanism to encourage engagement, peer support and relationship building, we will improve mental health and build more vibrant and resilient communities.
