About the project

This project aims to promote mental health and wellbeing by offering community-based, practical, and therapeutic activities that support individuals experiencing social isolation, anxiety, or depression by supporting a sense of purpose, skill-building, and connection with others. 'Growing for Wellbeing' focuses on therapeutic gardening, where participants learn to grow plants, vegetables, and herbs. 'Food and Mood Workshops' will explore the connection between food and mental health.
