About the project

The project aims to improve the mental health and wellbeing of people seeking asylum in Aberdeen by offering a combination of peer support, ESOL classes, community cooking sessions, and the creation of a recipe book. This volunteer-led initiative provides a safe space where participants can connect, share experiences, and develop skills, helping to reduce isolation and build resilience.
