The Radcliffe Trust
About this fund
The Radcliffe Trust supports classical music performance and training, especially chamber music, composition and music education. Particular interests within music education are music for children and adults with special needs, youth orchestras and projects at secondary and higher levels, including academic research. The Trustees respond to applications and also initiate their own projects.
Deadlines:
For consideration by the Trustees in July
Our application window opens on the 1st November and closes on the 31st January for applications to both the Music and Heritage & Crafts schemes for consideration in July. Please note any projects that start prior to the 1st July will not be considered, save in exceptional circumstances.
For consideration by the Trustees in December
Our application window opens on the 1st May and closes on the 31st July for applications to both the Music and Heritage & Crafts schemes for consideration in December. Please note any projects that start prior to the 1st January (following the trustees meeting) will not be considered, save in exceptional circumstances.
Project Budgets
The application form will ask you to provide some budget information. If you have any questions or queries, please do contact our administrator on radcliffe@thetrustpartnership.com.
Music grants are in the region of £2,500–£5,000.
