Creative Connections
About the project
Deliver workshops in art, music, and drama therapy, running for two weeks per focus with 2-hour sessions in Tillydrone and Bridge of Don. These workshops aim to provide participants with a creative outlet to manage emotions, improve self-expression, and build confidence. By engaging in therapeutic activities, participants will learn new ways to process their emotions, reduce stress, and foster social connections. The project will culminate in a showcase event at Absafe HQ, where participants, alongside local organisations, will share their creations and performances, celebrating their achievements and strengthening community connections to support mental wellbeing.
