Tillydrone Community Campus SCIO
Tillydrone Community Campus Activity Programme
About the project
The Campus has been closed over the last 2 years due to the pandemic. Our project aim is to reopen the campus and provide a variety of activities to attend. We want to employ tutors to deliver a range of high-quality activities to bring people together and tackle social isolation (taking onboard what the community would like to see offered). Tillydrone is an area of deprivation, so we want the activities to be free of charge, with materials and refreshments provided so that no one is excluded from taking part due to financial barriers. We think this will improve the mental health of most vulnerable members of our community impacted by Covid.
Type of initiative funded: Group Activity
Key priority area: Social isolation and loneliness
Funding awarded: £9701
