Salary: £26,197 – £30,523 per annum (£13.43 – £15.65 p/h equivalent)
Full time (37.5 hours p/w) – Permanent

We are looking for a Senior Practitioner within our brand-new Penumbra 365 Service in Aberdeen. Supporting the service teams as well as delivering direct support to people, you will promote bringing our vision for a single point of access to quality mental health, wellbeing, and distress support to a reality.
With compassion at the core of our approach, you will have supervisory responsibilities for a diverse team that brings together learned, lived and living experiences as we deliver a range of supportive options. From specialised distress management planning to 1:1 coaching and promoting community engagement, you will demonstrate your ability to plan and deliver direct support.
As a Senior Practitioner, you truly will have the ability to make a difference. Using your previous experience of planning and delivering support to people, you will contribute to the successful implementation and delivery of high-quality services that make a positive difference to people. Drawing on your local knowledge, mental health experience and flexible communication, you will bring creativity and positivity to finding ways to empower people.
