As part of our adapted and shorter conflict resolution series\, the session introduces SCCR’s psychoeducational resource\, Cranial Cocktail\, exploring the vital mind–body connection and how neurochemicals influence our emotional states. It offers insight into how our physical sensations and brain activity are closely linked\, helping build awareness of emotional regulation and overall wellbeing. By attending\, you’ll develop a clearer understanding of how feelings in the body and brain interact\, the impact of neurochemicals on mental and physical health\, and how tuning into physical signals can support emotional awareness. Delivered live on Zoom by an experienced SCCR trainer\, you’ll receive all the information and joining instructions via email ahead of the session once you’ve signed up.
