shmu is delighted to invite you to an evening that brings together our Annual General Meeting and a celebration of the organisation’s work over the past year.

Please join us to recognise the achievements of our fantastic volunteers and participants, connect with the wider shmu community, hear about some of our Big Ideas for the future, and preview our new website. The evening will also include entertainment and light refreshments.

We hope you can attend and look forward to welcoming you on the night.

The event will take place on Thursday 11th December at Station House, 6pm for a 6.30pm start.

The AGM will include:

– Presentations from the Chair of the shmu Board of Trustees and the Chief Executive.
– Presentation of the audited accounts, and members will be asked to vote on the auditors.
– The retirement and election of directors

This AGM also resolves a special resolution (subject to the consent of the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator) to amend the Articles of Association; this is to correct an error relating to the number of our priority communities, and to more accurately reflect our ambition to tackle disadvantage and discrimination.
