Join us for an information session about our Wellbeing Toolkit group course for parents and carers of school age children
Our family Wellbeing Toolkit is a 4-week course that offers a holistic approach to compassionate self-care. Inspired by PNS tools: Fill Your Cup, Emotional Flooding; and Capacitar evidence based wellbeing tools. The 1.5 hour online workshops are designed to promote positive health & Wellbeing through experiential learning, whilst providing an opportunity to connect with other parents.
Session 1: Massage and Breathing Techniques
Session 2 : Emotional Flooding – Finger Holds and EFT/Tapping
Session 3: Visualisations and Mindfulness
Session 4: Relaxing movement and Reflection
