Hunter100 – our HR outsourcing model is primarily for organisations who need to access high quality HR support, but aren’t of a size where they need a dedicated HR person within the organisation – essentially we become your HR team. We have no minimum work requirements, retainers or fixed fees and we operate a flexible model so organsations can use us as and when needed. This could be anything from reviewing policies and procedures to ensure compliance, advice on employee relations, or implementing a performance management system. We work alongside senior managers, giving commercial and flexible HR support that will improve their organisation.
Consultancy – For larger organisations we also support in house HR teams with projects ranging from employee engagement to salary benchmarking and recruitment.
Training – We also have a comprehensive management and leadership training portfolio which can be made bespoke to suit individual challenges and needs.
