Today, SAMH operates 60 services in communities across Scotland providing mental health social care support, homelessness, addictions and employment services among others. These services, together with our national programme work in See Me, respectme, suicide prevention and active living; inform our policy and campaign work to influence positive social change.

TEAM LEADER – (Ref: N660), Fixed Term for 6 months
£22,037 – £25,151, 37.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Aberdeen Support Service for a Team Leader based in the City.
Our services deliver extremely high quality support to a wide variety of people, helping them to realise their potential, become more resilient and improve their quality of life. We are looking for someone with the enthusiasm, passion and experience to deliver the fantastic service that SAMH is known for. You will have a full range of responsibilities from staff and budget management to networking and marketing our services. You should be experienced in delivering and managing person centred services to best practice principles and have a strong commitment to values based leadership. We are particularly keen to hear from you if you have relevant Health and Social Care Qualifications and experience of working in mental health field.
This role will occasionally require you to evenings and weekends, as well as participating in on-call duties. If you’re looking for a new challenge and want to develop your already strong skills, then this is the role for you.
