Based at the Old Schoolhouse, Westhill, The Support and Development Manager will work alongside our Services Manager and the Fundraising and Volunteer Coordinator. Together, you will lead the charity which offered more than 250 group sessions last year and fully expects to increase that number in 2018/19.
The successful candidate will have passion, commitment and drive; they will see what needs to be done and get on with it. We offer a lot of autonomy and in return you will step up and deliver. You will be joining a dynamic and friendly team who provide support, advice and training in the field of multiple support needs (MSN) for people of all ages. You will work in a supportive environment, where you will lead our organisational planning; financial reporting, facilities management and health and safety. We want someone who enjoys spinning lots of plates!
You will have enhanced communication skills and be successful in building and maintaining positive working relationships. You will have experience in accounting and enjoy planning, forecasting, cost control and reporting. You will manage staff and contractors and will ensure that our premises are always in tip top condition for all who use them. Do you think you have what it takes?
