Our Family Service support parents with learning disabilities within the Aberdeen area to provide the best possible care for their children. Our team exists to put support in place so that parents can fulfil their full potential. Ultimately, our service keeps families together by making sure children are safe, healthy and happy.
Our Service Administrators play a key role in providing administrative support to the service. You will be responsible for meeting the day-to-day administrative requirements of the service including maintaining manual and electronic storage and data retrieval systems and providing regular management information. You will support staff and Managers in using Aberlour systems and provide first line ICT support at Service level. You will have a relevant qualification at SCQF level 7 or above (or equivalent experience) together with the ability to use IT applications such as Word and Excel. A clean current driving licence is essential.
