Regional Fundraising Manager (SCAA)

Type of Role: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Home-based, preferably Aberdeenshire
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Closing Date: Midnight, Sunday 12th August 2018

BTA (Bruce Tait Associates) are delighted to once again be working with Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance.

Flying 365 days per year and working in partnership with the Scottish Ambulance Service, the incredible SCAA helps save lives when time is critical and seconds can make a difference in terms of survival and early recovery.

Now in its 5th year, the charity is going from strength to strength. It recently launched a Capital Appeal to raise £6 million to fund a second life-saving helicopter.

Due to the growth and success of the charity, it is adding another regional fundraiser to its hard-working team. The current northern region will be divided in two, with this role focusing on the northern most area – Aberdeenshire, Inverness, the Highlands and Islands.

In this role you will maximise, develop and retain corporate and community fundraising relationships and opportunities. You will deliver this by developing relationships with new and existing supporters and by networking with a wide range of interconnected audiences to proactively grow the charity’s northern supporter base.

An important part of the role will be to work effectively with volunteers and implement an active programme of volunteer recruitment to support fundraising and awareness of the organisation.

You will be an experienced fundraiser who can develop new and creative fundraising initiatives, secure corporate support and steward existing donors.

If you would like to bring your exceptional relationship-based fundraising skills to this exciting role, contact us today.
