NB The post will work wholly on the ‘Growth Funded’ project. 

Post: Produce Quality Assurance Manager (mainly fruit and veg, snacks, eggs).
Salary: up to £23,500 depending on experience and qualifications.
Period: Initially to 31/3/20 but NB the intention is to maintain the post beyond this.
Hours: 36.25/week.
Responsible to: Depute Chief Executive.
Responsible for: 6 staff, various volunteers.

Responsibilities: to improve the efficiency of produce purchasing, management and delivery including securing the most competitive cost prices thereby having even more affordable produce for priority (disadvantaged, vulnerable, low income) communities and generating improved margins with enterprise customers; CFINE sells to companies, restaurants and others with all profit invested in supporting our work for charitable activities.
