Fundraising Team Leader (Charlie House)

Charlie House is busy growing its services and support network. As we grow we will need more committed professionals in a variety of disciplines to help us achieve our goals of supporting as many babies, children and young people across the North-east with life-limiting conditions as possible – making sure that they get the help they need when they need it most.


Charlie House is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Fundraising Team Leader. We are looking for someone who is as passionate and enthusiastic as we are about helping the families we support live life to the full.

Leading and motivating the Fundraising Team, you will be responsible for ensuring increased income generation and awareness in line with targets through implementation and delivery of key events, building relationships and supporting stakeholders.

Candidates must have:

  • A proven track record of organising successful fundraising events from initiation to delivery
  • Proven experience of liaising directly with suppliers and agreeing contract terms
  • Event budget management experience
  • Experience of leading and motivating a team and working with volunteers
  • Sound public presentation skills
  • Full UK driving licence

This full-time position (37.5 hours per week with some unsocial hours) offers a competitive salary.
