Fundraising Administrator (CLAN)

Full time – 35 hours per week (some evening and weekend work may be required)

Applications are welcome for the position of Fundraising Administrator within our present fundraising team at CLAN House, Aberdeen.  CLAN’s fundraising team plays a fundamental role in achieving the £2.5 million annual income required to continue to deliver vital, free of charge, support services to anyone affected by cancer across the north east of Scotland, Moray, Orkney and Shetland.

The fundraising team leads on Events, Community and Corporate fundraising, working under the guidance of the Fundraising Team Manager, the Fundraising Administrator will carry out all administrative duties for Fundraising activities including CLAN Events, Third Party Events and Community Fundraising.

Applications are welcomed from individuals who possess the following essential skills: –

  • Educated to GCSE Level. ECDL qualification or equivalent is essential with experience of MS office (Excel, Outlook, word and mail merge documents).
  • Strong organisational, writing and reporting skills.
  • Proven experience of working in a busy administrative role.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work and communicate with people at all levels, with sensitivity and diplomacy.
