Grampian Women’s Aid has delivered domestic abuse services across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire for 40 years. We aim to provide an outstanding level of service provision to support the needs of women, children and young people who have experienced, or are presently experiencing domestic abuse.

In recent years we’ve successfully expanded our staff team and improved our service delivery, providing us with an increasingly professional presence and profile in the city.

We need you to help us to sustain our existing services, while keeping a firm eye on future imminent growth. You will identify opportunities and submit innovative bids to a range of funders.

A proven track record in researching, preparing and winning funding bids is essential. An ability to generate ideas for new and alternative projects to catch the attention of funders is also necessary in this highly competitive arena.

Some knowledge of tendering and procurement would be useful.

The post is fixed term for 1 year, salary is £27,576 pro rata 20 hours.
